Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at a food and beverage location by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to observe conditions, identify unusual activity, and support access control operations.
Communicate with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel regarding entry requirements, directions, and site rules while maintaining a professional presence.
