Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-control records in accordance with site policies.
• Screen and direct incoming visitors, deliveries, and contractor personnel while helping to maintain controlled access to restricted production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and support site procedures.
