Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, assist with crowd and visitor flow, and address policy-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence in a busy mall environment.
• Communicate with local management, employees, and/or emergency responders regarding incidents, suspicious activity, and other security-related matters requiring follow-up.
