Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening entry and exit activity, and supporting security-related policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor entrances, gates, badge activity, and visitor logs to help control access to the location, verify credentials, and report unusual or unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for maintenance concerns, access issues, and other conditions that could impact daily operations in a food and beverage environment.
Support delivery, vendor, and contractor access procedures by confirming arrival information, directing traffic flow, and maintaining accurate records of site entry and exit activity.
