As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents while delivering standout customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying authorization where required, and directing visitors to appropriate locations within the property.
• Complete routine reporting such as activity logs, incident reports, and/or maintenance notifications, and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal supervision.
