Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy government transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support travelers, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to post guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or access points while verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting access control concerns to site contacts.
• Support daily operations by providing directions, assisting with crowd management during peak travel periods, and communicating clearly with site personnel, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
