Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will bring reliability, teamwork, and integrity to each shift while helping maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, operational disruptions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe site activity, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related issues, delivery traffic, and facility conditions.
