As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while documenting security-related activity and responding to situations with professionalism. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and security-related concerns, escalating matters to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as appropriate.
