About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Response Patrol in Fayetteville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Security Officer in a residential community, you will drive patrol routes, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to residents and visitors while responding to concerns with professionalism. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, property concerns, and/or security-related incidents in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document daily activities, patrol observations, and incident information accurately and promptly.
