About The Position

As a Security Officer Overnight Console Operator in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving Dispatch professional supporting a government location, where you will monitor communications, coordinate security-related activity, and document incidents with professionalism and care. In this fast-paced role, you will help to deter issues through clear communication, strong attention to detail, and dependable response support. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, and relay information to security-related personnel, site contacts, and/or emergency responders in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Document incidents, service requests, and unusual activity in logs and reports, helping to support accurate communication and follow-up.
Coordinate routine and priority dispatch activity, helping to direct personnel to reported incidents, access concerns, and/or operational needs across the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, helping to gather details, prioritize calls, and communicate updates to appropriate parties.
