Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor activity, and conduct routine patrols throughout assigned areas. In this role, you will remain visible to help discourage incidents, support security-related procedures, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and/or entry and exit documentation at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, gates, and/or screening areas to help support authorized entry, verify credentials, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related issues, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders, emergency response activities, and security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, shipping and receiving areas, trailer lots, and perimeter, noting access control concerns, damaged barriers, and/or unauthorized persons or vehicles.
