As a Security Officer Operations Center - Overnights in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a busy retail location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate officer communications, document incidents, and help support timely responses to security-related concerns. You will remain a visible and reliable presence behind the scenes while delivering strong customer service. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will help create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, answering calls, and directing security-related communications as needed.
  • Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document incidents, activities, and/or critical situations with timely and accurate reports, logs, and dispatch records.
  • Coordinate responses to medical, fire, and/or other emergency situations by communicating with on-site teams, management, and/or public responders as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support tasks, including tracking officer activity, monitoring assigned areas, and helping to deter unauthorized activity around the location and perimeter.
