About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a Security Officer On Call to join their resident services team. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure community for residents and staff. The selected candidate will monitor the community and ensure a quick response in the event of a medical or mechanical emergency. Requirements

• Valid and current driver's license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.
• Ability to assess and conceptualize the security needs of the community and act accordingly, especially in emergency situations.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and ability to work with confidential information.
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• External Defibrillator (AED) certification is preferred.
