As a Security Officer - Multi-Tenant Office Building Patrol, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a retail and commercial property.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific policies; document relevant activities, incidents, and observations.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, trespassing, and other policy violations through a visible professional presence and timely reporting.
