As a Security Officer Mobile Security in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse, distribution, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Report observed hazards, equipment concerns, and security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
