About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Security Driver in Suwanee, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Requirements

  • At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Observe and report unusual conditions, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
  • Document patrol activities, incidents, and relevant observations in clear, accurate reports.
