About The Position

DSI Security Services is currently hiring Security Officers – Mobile Patrol in Coral Springs, FL. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, strong situational awareness, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely while performing security duties. As a Security Officer in a driving post, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their communities, residents, and the general public.

Requirements

Minimum 23 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
CLEAN driving record and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle safely
Reliable transportation and means of communication
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
Must meet all preemployment requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in security industry

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment through mobile patrols and visible presence
Conduct vehicle patrols of assigned areas and client properties
Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
Interact professionally with clients, visitors, residents, and the public
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals
