As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Hosford, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details for site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and vendors, verify access permissions, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.
Support access control and site operations by observing equipment yards, truck traffic, and material movement areas, while following post orders and reporting suspicious behavior and/or security-related concerns.
