Job Description As a Security Officer Credential Review Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location as a driving access control officer, helping manage entry points, monitor activity, and conduct routine patrols. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with property protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
  • Support lobby and building access operations by issuing visitor passes, maintaining access records, and communicating clearly with tenants, contractors, and guests.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
