Job Description As a Security Officer Credential Review Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location as a driving access control officer, helping manage entry points, monitor activity, and conduct routine patrols. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with property protocols.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
Support lobby and building access operations by issuing visitor passes, maintaining access records, and communicating clearly with tenants, contractors, and guests.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
