Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Lexington, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter trespassing, loitering, and/or other security-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence.
Report maintenance issues, lighting concerns, unsecured doors, and/or other property-related conditions that may impact daily operations or require follow-up.
