As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or customer concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related activities according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic retail areas for security-related concerns, access issues, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Assist with closing procedures, alarm-related responses, and coordination with property management and/or local responders when situations require additional support.
