Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas while assisting with access procedures, visitor interactions, and/or directional support as needed.
• Communicate with site contacts, teammates, and/or local responders regarding incidents, policy concerns, and changing conditions during the shift.
