Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in El Paso, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to support daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and people-first approach to every shift.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and merchandise zones to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or disruptive behavior while supporting daily store operations.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site representatives.
