About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Wooster, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating with staff and/or first responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access, disruptive behavior, and/or policy violations by monitoring activity, checking restricted areas, and reporting unusual conditions.
  • Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities accurately, and provide support with access control, visitor screening, and other security-related duties within a healthcare location.
