As a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture. Through teamwork and integrity, you will help create a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
