As a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and/or foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and report maintenance, access control, and security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized access points, assist with visitor and contractor interactions, and document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports.
