About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol in Roseville, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms and/or incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and support adherence to property rules, parking guidelines, and tenant delivery procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and customer interactions in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership.
