As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, assisting visitors and staff, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location's operations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual observations encountered during patrols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
Remain alert to changes in the environment and follow established procedures to address any security-related concerns or emergencies.
