As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal's protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the logistics and distribution environment to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel as required.
Document and report any unusual incidents, security-related concerns, or emergencies according to Allied Universal and client site procedures.
Participate in emergency response activities as needed, supporting the site's operational continuity.
