Job Description As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrols in New Concord, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional working in a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols, staying visible throughout the site, and providing outstanding customer service. As part of our caring and agile team, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for security-related irregularities or suspicious activity throughout the facility.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
Document incidents and observations according to site requirements and Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the premises.
