Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor identification, maintaining visitor records, issuing temporary credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site-specific policies.
Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Monitor security-related systems, communications, and incoming calls, and promptly report unusual activity or facility concerns to appropriate personnel.
Maintain a professional front-desk presence while supporting security-related procedures and helping to deter unauthorized access.
