Requirements

Be 21+ years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk, following site-specific policies and supporting security-related procedures for a financial institution location.
Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or access credentials, and direct authorized individuals to the appropriate destination in accordance with post instructions.
Answer phones, assist with sign-in processes, maintain visitor records, and communicate clearly with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and other front desk activity.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through the appropriate chain of command.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including following established procedures, providing information to responding personnel, and documenting security-related events.
