Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and front desk responsibilities at a commercial office location.
• Monitor lobby activity, verify visitor credentials as required, issue visitor passes, and maintain front desk logs and/or records in line with property policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Answer phones, greet arriving guests, provide directions, and support security-related communication for building occupants and authorized visitors.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, reporting concerns, and following established escalation procedures from the front desk post.
