Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the residential location by greeting visitors, checking credentials, managing guest entry procedures, and reporting unusual activity to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating updates to appropriate contacts.
• Support front desk operations by answering questions, maintaining visitor logs, receiving deliveries when instructed, and helping to uphold security-related policies for the location.
