About The Position

As a Security Officer Lobby Reception in Yardley, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will serve as the front desk presence, greeting visitors, supporting access control and badge processes, monitoring alarms and cameras, and responding to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
Monitor front desk activity, greet visitors, patients, and staff, and help direct foot traffic in accordance with access guidelines and site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Assist with visitor management, credential checks, and entry documentation while helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Support a professional front desk presence by observing the lobby and adjacent entry points, reporting unusual activity, and documenting security-related concerns as needed.
