As a Security Officer Lobby Reception Lead in Lithia Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. You will serve as the front desk presence at a healthcare location, greeting visitors, managing access, and supporting security-related operations through strong communication and professionalism. In this customer-focused role, you will help create a welcoming environment while responding to questions and documenting activity. The role is full-time.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
  • Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access, verify identification and/or credentials, and document entries, deliveries, and other security-related events.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional lobby environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive activity.
  • Complete routine reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal personnel, site contacts, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
