As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Information Desk in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will be a welcoming, visible presence while supporting security-related operations. You will greet visitors, verify access, monitor entry activity, respond to questions and concerns, and use computer or tablet systems to document information. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a healthcare front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures, visitor protocols, and access requirements.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors, patients, vendors, and staff while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor entry activity, verify credentials as required, issue visitor access materials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Support a secure and orderly front-desk environment by reporting unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
