About The Position

As a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Officer in a residential location, you will welcome residents and guests, support access control, monitor activity at the desk, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, clear communication, and using technology in a people-first environment. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control responsibilities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor front desk activity, verify visitor credentials, manage sign-in processes, and communicate property access information in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site protocols when needed.
  • Support a professional lobby presence by observing surroundings, reporting unusual activity, and completing required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation.
  • Answer phones, assist with directions and/or general questions, and coordinate with property staff, residents, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
