About The Position

As a Security Officer Lobby Access Administrator in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Verify visitor credentials, manage sign-in procedures, issue visitor passes, and direct guests according to site-specific access policies.
  • Monitor entry activity and support security-related procedures for a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
  • Maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
