About The Position
As a Security Officer Lead in Quincy, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Requirements
- 21+ Years of Age
- Security Experience - 2+ Years
- Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Be able to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
- Have customer service experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and contractor entry in accordance with site requirements, maintaining accurate logs and records as required.
- Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts, completing clear and timely reports.
