As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related concerns, manage communications, and support access control operations. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems from the dispatch area, documenting activity and relaying information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by dispatching appropriate personnel, communicating updates, and helping to coordinate security-related responses with site contacts and/or emergency services.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, including tracking calls for service, access-related concerns, and unusual activity across the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and communication, while helping to identify potential issues around the business and perimeter as conditions vary by site.
