Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support patients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and care. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Hospital-related vaccines are required.
Ability to work in a hospital morgue environment is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting is required.
A minimum of 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor management practices, and document security-related concerns.
Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or location contacts.
