As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a hospital setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You may support sensitive areas such as the morgue and assist with restraining individuals when needed. Requirements

Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, wayfinding, and compliance with facility access procedures.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
