As a Security Officer HOA Patrol in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help maintain a welcoming residential community by conducting routine vehicle and bicycle patrols, monitoring access points, and remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position calls for strong communication and customer service while supporting residents and visitors. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
  • Be able to ride a bicycle.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential streets, common areas, amenities, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access to the residential community, verify visitor and vendor entry in accordance with site procedures, and provide directions or assistance as needed.
  • Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and policy violations in clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
