Job Description As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Specialist in Concord, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements

CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or respond to emerging situations.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report any observed irregularities, property damage, or security-related incidents as per site protocols.
Collaborate with facility staff and emergency personnel as needed to support security-related needs and maintain a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
