Job Description As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Driver in Albuquerque, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will conduct mobile patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and embody Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, visitors, and patients within the healthcare location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Document and communicate observations, incidents, and/or issues according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
Assist with access control, visitor management, and/or escort duties as required by site procedures.
Collaborate with on-site personnel and first responders during emergency situations or drills.
