Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report issues.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients while representing Allied Universal.
Assist with access control and visitor management in accordance with site guidelines.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
