As a Front Desk professional in a healthcare location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be the first point of contact, managing access and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. Requirements

A guard card or security license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and/or credentials, helping to maintain a secure environment for all individuals entering the premises.
Follow site-specific procedures and protocols related to visitor management and access control, reporting any suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with Allied Universal and/or client representatives as needed.
Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information as required by site policies.
Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and assisting with communication and coordination during incidents.
Provide customer service by addressing questions and concerns from visitors and staff, helping to foster a positive and secure atmosphere at the location.
