As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming first point of contact at a dynamic production and office location, helping manage visitor check-in, badge control, and access procedures. You will monitor cameras and alarms, document security-related activity, and communicate clearly with staff, guests, and response partners. Requirements

  • Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Staff the front desk to help manage access by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary badges and/or passes, and directing guests to appropriate destinations.
  • Monitor cameras, alarms and/or communications systems, and report unusual activity according to site-specific procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and complete required notifications to onsite contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of visitor activity, deliveries, incidents and other security-related events, and support administrative tasks such as phone calls and package handling per site policy.
