As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication, supporting a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe for any unusual activity or situations that may require security-related intervention and report findings according to site procedures.
Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and general inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies by following established protocols and coordinating with first responders as needed.
Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.
